How much will it cost?
Payment options:
1. Agreed fixed fee per day
- We will not charge you more than agreed, regardless of how long the ‘day’ goes on for
- We will also agree an hourly rate for times when you don’t need us all day and if the hourly rate would have been cheaper we will automatically switch to the lower charge
2. Agreed fixed fee per hour
- We charge by the ¼ hour so you will never be overcharged
3. Percentage of Project Cost (for construction projects)
- The percentage will be determined once the extent of involvement in your project is ascertained
Expenses
All charges are inclusive of routine expenses which include:
- Telephone calls
- Emails
- Standard Printing (from office printer)
- Stationery
- Mileage within a 25 mile radius of the office address is free of charge
- Any additional mileage is charged at 40p per mile
- Travel time within 1 hour from the office address is free of charge
- Any additional travel time is charged at the standard hourly rate
We provide a detailed breakdown of what we are charging for and invoice monthly.
Our payment terms are 14 days from the date of the invoice
